Which "not enough" are you?

Do you ever feel like you are not enough? What type of “not enough” are you? The kind that is always looking for others to validate you or the kind who doesn’t believe anyone's validation? Many of us feel we are not enough and we spend a huge amount of time seeking validation but not feeling validated. That’s because validation comes from inside not the outside. Don’t get me wrong, having someone notice and appreciate our strength is nice and can be rewarding, but it will never make us feel that we are enough because that feeling must resonate within us. Self-worth must come from within, in order for us to know our own worth.
Sometimes our past history blocks our present self-acceptance. Our brains get stuck unconsciously, replaying an experience that led us to believe we are not enough. Our past can haunt us sometimes without us even knowing exactly why. The truth we need to understand is that we all carry around a wounded child that needs to be healed. Did you know you can heal your past, which in turn can heal your future?
At Inner Connection, I use Neuro Language Programming (NLP) to help you retrain your brain so you can heal those past experiences. You can come to know your own worth and become who you are meant to be. It’s time to heal from the inside out. I would love to help you start your healing journey. Call me today to get started.
